If you are a homeowner who wants to install recessed lighting, then this is most likely not new construction which is why I am recommending a remodel housing or can. Globe Electric 4 inch Swivel Spotlight Recessed Lighting Kit
This recessed lighting kit is different because it swivels so you can direct the light source at a particular target. I am using three of these in my bathroom that has an angled ceiling. This allows me to adjust the swiveled head to direct the light beam straight down. If I did not have the swiveled head, the light would be coming off of the angled ceiling and onto the wall. Lutron Diva Dimmer LED switch
This is at this point the best dimmer on the market for LED lights. Yes it is slightly more expensive and yes the dimmer does matter. If you try something other than a dimmer designed to work with LED lights, then you are going to deal with flickering lights and some buzzing or humming when the lights are dimmed. If you are using LED lights, then this is the dimmer you need. You can try the cheaper ones but you will be back.
